Refund Policy

At HOMIEE, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund, in accordance with European consumer law.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and labels).

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or tried products cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at homiee.contact@gmail.com before sending your return.

  2. We will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or damaged items received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (bank processing times may apply).

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at homiee.contact@gmail.com, including photos of the package and product.
Return shipping fees will be covered by us, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards and personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Returns that exceed the allowed timeframe or do not meet the conditions may be refused.
